When Addressing …

The King or Queen

My King, His Grace, Your Grace
My Queen, Her Grace, Your Grace.

King (name) is typically reserved for speaking /about/ the King but not while speaking /to/ the King. Ex. King Aegon.

Queen (name) is typically reserved for speaking /about/ the Queen but not while speaking /to/ the Queen. Ex. Queen Visenya.

NEVER Majesty, His Majesty or Her Majesty. These are not terms we see in Westeros in regards to the royal family.

The King and Queens Children

My Prince, Prince, Prince (first name)
My Princess, Princess, Princess (first name)

Not all Targaryens are Princes or Princesses. Either their grandfather or their father have to be King or have been King for them to have the title of Prince or Princess. On this sim, Aegon’s children and his grandchildren are all Princes or Princessโ€™.  However his sister who was married into House Velaryon is not a Princess as her father was not King. Her children likewise do not hold the title.

Rarely will a Prince or Princess be referred to with the title of Grace.

Lords and Ladies

Lord, my Lord, Lord of (House), Lord (first name)
Lady, my Lady, Lady of (House), Lady (first name)

Lord of House is typically called Lord (House name) Ex. Lord Hightower
Lady of House is typically called Lady (House name) Ex. Lady Hightower

One should only call the Lord of House by their given name if they are friendly with them or if they mean to not offer them their full respect. Otherwise…

Lord (first name), Lord of (House name) Ex. Lord Warrick, Lord of Manderly
Lady (first name), Lady of (House name) Ex. Lady Mina, Lady of Tully

To call a Lady who is not the Lady of the House, Lady (House name), is to suggest that she is married to the Lord of the House. Awkward in the case of sisters, daughters, aunts, nieces, mothers and grandmothers.

Knights

Ser (first name) Ex. Ser Barriston
Ser (first name and House name) Ex. Ser Barriston Selmy

Never Ser (House name) Ex. Ser Selmy
